We still have a few (at least 4) of these good quality conference chairs in all black made by La-Z-Boy, the same manufacturer that makes the famous recliner chairs (they also make office furniture). These are in black leather with black frames and wheel bases. These chairs are in good condition with only minor usage. They are simple in design, with height and tension control adjustments located at the bottom. They are in great condition with no rips or tears in the leather, and a few have just minor scuffs on the armrests.
