We do local delivery for all of our inventory anywhere in the greater Los Angeles area.
The delivery fee is determined by: distance, items purchased, and ease of access at the delivery location (stairs, loading docks, parking availability, etc.).
We also offer shipping quotes upon request for any location outside our delivery areas. We also ship nationwide. Pricing is often seasonal and fluctuates based on weight, size, distance, and carrier availably. Thus we strongly encourage a preliminary call before placing your order to ensure you know the shipping cost for your items.
Used items vary in their condition and thus we do not take returns of used items. We will offer store credit to any items recently purchased that have a defect/damage after purchase within 2 weeks of purchase.
Store credit is given on a per-case basis; we are aware that sometimes there can be complications (such as a desk not fitting in an office, damaged, etc.) and thus want to help make your experience satisfactory .
New item returns based on the item's manufacturers warranty. We encourage you to contact us if there was any issue or if you have any further questions regarding an item you purchased.
