This is a good condition chair made by Bodybilt with a headrest.  These chairs are the best kept secrets of the office furniture world in terms of ergonomics and comfort.  They have height, full seat tilt and lock in any position, back rest angle, back rest height, seat depth, armrest height and width, arm pad angle, and a lumbar pump!  We don't often get them with the headrest for added comfort.
