We have 8 of these executive chairs manufactured by Sitwell, all in good condition. They have height adjustment and are swivel/tilt (some have tilt/lock as well, but not all of them) and tension adjustment. The leather is in good condition on these chairs, with just a few having small scuff marks along back edges. These chairs look great and are very comfortable for use as executive or conference chairs. We are selling them for $179 each.
